School Infrastructure
The core purpose of this donation is to improve the infrastructure in existing community school around the country and Africa-wide. Community schools are publicly funded schools found in rural areas that allow children from poor backgrounds to learn at no charge. Because these schools are free, learning conditions can be very bad because of lack of funds. Us at Active Love Foundation, with your help, come in as the helping hand to improve the learning conditions for children in these schools. This creates a better standard in the value of education which the students receive.
Entrepreneurial Skills Development
This is a donation that goes towards the education of AGYW’s (adolescent girls and young women) on new skills to help them after they have finished high school. Skill based learning focuses on increasing both employability and entrepreneurial life skills through series of inputs to: Equip students with appropriate hands-on expertise which helps them to live a better life independently. Core focus on job role based skills leads to comprehensive specialization, thereby increasing efficacy of the candidate.
Adolescents Hygiene Sensitization
In this category, we help the less privileged female child by providing them with products that allow them to be hygienically equipped all the time. A sensitization program is held with the targeted girls where we teach them on how to take care of themselves more and how to use the donated products. 2020 being a year of the COVID-19 crisis, has put may people at a risk of being infected. Intensive lessons on how to combat it are also taught during these sensitization programs.
